A-1. Table of Settings for Video Signal

A-1-1. Table of Settings

Description of item

Input source :

Means the connector to be used. If “Input source” is [DisplayPort Dual], use the
two DisplayPort connectors. If “Input source” is [DisplayPort Single], use the one
connector (DisplayPort 1 connector or DisplayPort 2 connector).

Stream :

Means the video signal that is sent from the source equipment to the display con-
troller.

Number of streams :

Means the number of streams that is input to one connector. In the DisplayPort

connector, you can input the signal of up to two streams by one DisplayPort con-
nector. For inputting the signal of two streams, use the source equipment that
supports MST (Multi Stream Transport).

For inputting the signal of two streams, use the DisplayPort cable with the length of 3 meters or less.
Because it is necessary to transmit a high-speed signal with a DisplayPort cable. If you use a DisplayPort
cable with the length of more than 3 meters, a high-speed signal may not be transmitted due to attenuation
of signals. In the case that you need to use a DisplayPort cable with the length of more than 3 meters due
to the installation environments, please configure the system so that the number of streams that is input to
one DisplayPort connector is one.

Notes for a video signal

The input color sampling that can be input to the DisplayPort connector is RGB 4:4:4 only.

The input bit length that can be input to the DisplayPort connector is 10 bit or 8 bit.

.

When the input frame rate is 120P, 60P, 30P, or 24P, 1,000/1,001 frame rate is also supported.

.

When you select [3D Frame Sequential] in [3D Mode], input the 3D sync signal to the 3D SYNC IN

connector.

Notes for the setting

[DP Single/Single Stream Mode] is available in the system that the display controller is ZRCT-200

model and display control software’s version is 1.22.0 or later. [DP Single/Single Stream Mode] cannot
be set in the system with ZRCT-100 or version earlier than 1.22.0 of display control software.
