2-6. Procedure after Assembling the Array
2-6-1. Fine Adjustment in the Z direction
After assembling all display units, check the array.
If there is any display unit with conspicuous joint level difference in the Z direction, make the fine adjust-
ment in the Z direction.

The fine adjustment can be made only in the Z direction. It cannot be done in the X direction
and Y direction. If there is any conspicuous joint in the X direction or Y direction, correct the
deviation with color adjustment.
1. Insert the eccentric pin (short) into the display unit to be finely adjusted. Insert the hexagon wrench
into the eccentric pin (short).

When the joint is conspicuous in the vertical direction, insert the eccentric pin (short) into

When the joint is conspicuous in the horizontal direction, insert the eccentric pin (short) into 2 .

Insert the eccentric pins (short) vertically all the way to the end.

If you have difficulty in inserting the eccentric pins (short) into the Z adjusting holes, slightly rotate
the eccentric pins (short) to find the position into which they can be inserted.
