An iPhone/iPad/iPod cannot be played back
Make sure the iPhone/iPad/iPod is connected securely to the USB A port (
A).
Stop playback of the iPhone/iPad/iPod before connecting to the speaker.
Make sure the iPhone/iPad/iPod is updated with the latest software. If not, update it before using with the speaker.
Tap the VOL (volume) + button to turn up the volume.
The iPhone/iPad/iPod may not be supported by the speaker. See “Compatible iPhone/iPad/iPod models.”
