
6. Hang the unit’s rear panel onto the screw heads at the holes, let it down, till stop. Make sure that the
heater is hanging securely on the wall!
7. Connect the unit’s power cable into a standard grounded wall outlet!

OPERATION
The device can be operated with the buttons on it or with the remote control.
Setting the exact time
After connecting the appliance to the mains, switch it on with its main switch (2). Then it beeps
shortly, the ready status indicator lights faintly. By pressing the remote control's LOCK (28)
button, you can switch on the appliance's display. The appliance then displays the measured
temperature, the actual day of the week and the current time. When switching on for the first
time, the appliance will display Monday (MO) and 00:00. With the help of the remote control's
Set (32) button and +/- (33) selector buttons, you can set the days of the week and the current
time – firstly the day, then the hour and last the minute.
General use
You can switch the appliance on by pressing the ON/OFF (24) button of the remote control.
The appliance then switches on in fan mode and does not heat. The display shows room
temperature in °C. Use the Mode (26) button on the remote control to switch the heating
stages or choose fan mode. Low heating stage is indicated by , high is by on the
display. If none of the indicators illuminate, the appliance does not heat. With the help of the
remote control’s selector button (33) you can set the desired between 10-49 °C. If the room
temperature is at least 2 °C lower than the set temperature, the appliance starts heating in
low stage, if it is 4 °C lower, then the appliance starts heating in higher stage. If the room
temperature reaches or exceeds the set temperature, the the appliance switches to fan
mode.
You can switch the device on anytime without remote control, with the quick heating (3)
button at the back of the appliance, without remote control, then it operates in high stage with
continuous air circulation. You can switch off the appliance by pressing the same button
again.
You can switch on/off continuous air circulation with the the remote control’s Swing (27)
button. If the function is active, the display shows its indication (13).
With the remote control’s Lock (28) button, you can switch on/off the appliance’s display
anytime. The functions of the appliance can only be set when the display is switched on.
You can switch on/off automatic window opening sensor with the remote control’s AUTO (29)
button. If the function is active, its indication (19) is visible on the display. In this case, if the
temperature measured by the appliance decreases at least 3 °C within a minute, then the
appliance switches off. You can switch the device on again with the remote control’s ON/OFF
(24) button.
After switching off the appliance, it may still operate at fan mode for about 30 seconds, then
the fan mode indicator blinks. Do not turn off the power until it stops, as this may damage the
unit.
Programming the device
The appliance has a 24-hour switch off timer function, and also has weekly programming
option.
The 24-hour switch off timer can be set with the remote control’s 24H (25) button, hourly, for
up to 24 hour period. Press the 24H button again to select the desired time. If you set 0 hour,
you switch off the function with it. If the function is active, the indicator (21) is shown on the
display of the appliance.
With weekly programming, you can set the switch on/off time for every days of the week, and
the daily desired temperature.
To switch the function on, press the remote control’s W-Timer (31) button. On the display, the
ready status indicator and the week’s first day indicator are flashing for some seconds, the
weekly program indicator (20) is lighting. By pressing the remote control’s W-Timer button
repeatedly, you can set or check the switch on /off times by day.
Example: After pressing W-Timer button, „MO” is flashing, ON indication is visible on the
display – Monday switch on time is visible. By pressing W-Timer button again, the clock local
values are flashing, with the help of the remote control’s +/- selector button (33), you can set
the hour of Monday switch on. By pressing W-Timer button again, the minute local values
are flashing, with the help of the remote control’s +/- selector button (33), you can set the
minute of Monday switch on. By pressing W-Timer button again, OFF indication can be read
and the hour local values are flashing, with the help of the remote control’s +/- selector button,
you can set the hour of Monday switch off. By pressing W-Timer button again, the minute
local values are flashing, with the help of the remote control’s +/- selector button, you can set
the minute of Monday switch off. By pressing W-Timer button again, „TU” – Tuesday is
flashing. By pressing W-Timer button again, the hour local values are flashing, with the help
of the remote control’s +/- selector button, you can set the Tuesday switch on hour, and so on.
If you set 00:00 as switch on /switch off time for any day of the week, that day the appliance
does not perform timed program.
The weekly program function is active, if its indication is visible on the appliance’s display.
Then the Delay (30) button on the remote control, and with the help of the +/- selector button,
you can set the desired temperature by the days of the week.
You can switch off the weekly program function with the remote control’s W-Timer button, in
this case its indicator does not appear on the screen. (20).
After blackout, power off or switching the main switch off, the set current time and date will be
deleted, the set programs will not.
In case of overheating, the
overheating protection function
will switch off the unit, for
example, when the air inlets and outlets are covered. Power off the unit by unplugging it from
the electric outlet. Allow the appliance to cool (for at least 30 minutes). Check whether the air
inlets and outlets are obstructed or not, and clean them if necessary. Switch on the unit again.
If the overheating protection activates again, power off the unit by unplugging it from the
electric outlet and contact the service facility.
CLEANING, MAINTENANCE
In order to ensure optimum functioning, the unit may require cleaning at least once a month,
depending on the manner of use and degree of contamination.
1. Switch off and power off the unit by unplugging it from the electric outlet before cleaning.
2. Allow the appliance to cool (for at least 30 minutes).
3. Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to clean the air inlet and outlet openings.
4. Use a slightly moistened cloth to clean the unit’s exterior. Do not use any aggressive
cleaners. Avoid getting water inside the unit and on the electric components!
