Opening a Form Letter
To create a new
Form Letter
, first open the required Patients Study. Now select
Open Form Letter
from the
Reports
menu. Double-click on the required
Form Letter
and it will be opened in MS Word
automatically.

Save Form Letter in MS Word 2007
Click on
Start Mail Merge
in the
Mailings
menu and choose
Normal Word Document
.
Now you can save the document with a specific name by clicking on
Save As
in the main menu
