To be able to access the motors and unlock them in the event of a fault, additional access must be provided within the
property.
The position in which the motorisation mechanism will be fitted must allow for safe and easy manual release of the
product.
The product must not be installed in an explosive environment (presence of gas, flammable fumes).
Condition of the product to be motorised
Do not motorise a product which is in bad condition or incorrectly installed.
Before installing the motor, ensure that the driven part is in good mechanical condition, that it is correctly balanced and
that it opens and closes correctly.
Check that:
•
the mountings for the product are in good condition
•
the product is not equipped with a manual or electric locking system

Specifications of the gate to be motorised
The motor cannot be used with a driven part incorporating a small gate (unless the motor is inhibited when the small
gate is in the safety position).
Check that this automatic control system is suitable for your type of product and for its dimensions. Otherwise, the
automatic control system cannot be installed unless modifications are made to the structure.
This automatic control system has been designed to motorise residential double door gates.
With solid gates, and in windy conditions, the automatic control system cannot operate correctly.
For more detailed information on the types of gates which can be motorised, refer to the table below.
