Installing ducts and smoke extraction systems
The construction of the exhaust pipe must be suitable for the purpose in
accordance with local requirements and in compliance with the regulations in
force.
Under nominal operating conditions, the drawdown of the combustion gases
must give rise to a depression of 12 Pa, measured 1 meter above the chimney
neck.
The insert cannot share the chimney with other equipment.
Tubes outside the site of use must be double insulated in stainless steel, with an
internal diameter of 100 mm.
The exhaust pipe can generate condensation, in this case it is advisable
to establish suitable condensate collection systems.
