Enter a ring time
When Answer Phone and Voice Mail or Call Forwarding are both active,
function with shorter answer time takes priority.
For example, if Answer Phone ring time is 18 seconds and Optional
Service is 20 seconds, Answer Phone responds first. (Priority may change
due to signal conditions.)
