Timer Lock at Close

Set TimerLock at Close to automatically activate Personal Data
Lock when specified time has elapsed after 823P is closed.

Allow dialing only from Phone Book entries and lock dialing
with keypad. Unauthorized use of 823P can be prevented.

When TimerLock at Close is canceled after opening 823P, lock is
temporarily deactivated. However, lock activates again when specified
time elapses after closing 823P.
