Create/change password (internal terminal password)
The Login function and Password query settings must be activated for the internal password query function.
Call up the setting mode by pressing the F6 key in the Setting functions key level.
Use the arrow key to highlight F4 Terminal, F6 Next.
Use the arrow key to highlight F4 Login function, F6 Next.
Mark with the arrow key F4 Create/change password, F6 Continue into the Create/change password:
Enter the desired password with max. 35 digits and confirm with F6.
Comments:
After entering an internal password, there is no longer an external EDP password query.
When creating an internal terminal password, the password is always requested in the Login function area. If
the password is forgotten, the Login function area can be accessed by entering CLEAR without a password.
After the terminal has been switched on or the login has been called up using the Enter key, the Login query
window appears.
With key F5 Cancel you get to the menu Security question Login Cancel?
Press F6 OK to display the password prompt.
