The “engine errors” page indicates the error codes detected by the electronic self-
diagnostic system of the engine

Pay particular attention to errors that cause the light (1) to turn on. These indicate
problems with the exhaust gas aftertreatment system and therefore must be resolved as
quickly as possible. If not, the engine may be affected by serious problems that
compromise its functionality and the engine control unit may activate the protective
functions, thus limiting performance.

Light 1 indicates an error in the exhaust gas aftertreatment system. The service centre must be
contacted immediately to solve the problem. After 36 hours of operation with the error active,
the electronic control unit will automatically activate a first derating step, thus reducing the
engine torque by 25%. If no action is taken within 100 operating hours, a second derating step will be
activated, which will reduce the engine torque by 50% and the maximum speed by 60 %.
Machine operation may be compromised!
