TRANSPORTING THE MACHINE
2.14.1
LOADING AND UNLOADING WITH RAMPS
The ramps must not be slippery and must be adequate to support the weight of the machine; this is
indicated on the CE plate or in this manual.
Before loading or unloading make sure the handling area of the machine and that destined for deposit pose
no danger.
All operators must keep a safe distance to avoid being struck in the event the machine or any of its parts
fall. Request the support of someone on the ground to check the maneuvers. Immobilise the wheels of the
transport vehicle with wedge stops. Release the machine from all anchor points on the trailer bed. Slowly
move the machine, making sure the wheels are centered on the ramps.
2.14.2
LOADING AND UNLOADING WITH A CRANE
The crane must have a capacity suited to the weight [kg] of the machine. The weight is
indicated on the CE plate or in this manual. The chains and ropes must have a minimum unit capacity of
6000 kg; before using them, check that they are in good condition. Hook the chains in the points of the
machine indicated by the decals (by code 720000013). Before commencing operations, check that the
machine handling and deposit areas are free of dangers.
Slowly lift the machine as little as required and lower it to the ground as soon as possible.
