6.
Gather the base and align the
holes against the pole extension.
7.
Fit the screw through the
countersink side of the base and
lock it into place, then tighten the
screws using the T-handle Hex
Wrench.
8.
Place the stand into the upright
position.
9.
Secure the weights against the
base.
10.
If the post is loose fitting, then
tighten the screw at the bottom
of the post one more time.
11.
Before attaching the rack, take
off the cover piece located at
the top of the pole extension.
