The physical subfolders include
exercises that focus on improving
strength, balance, activities of daily living
(ADLs), and gait.

If either of these folders is selected,
then the physical task tied to each
activity will be focused on that physical
function.

For example, the trainer might know
the client needs to improve his or her
strength.

Therefore, they would select the
strength folder, which provides activities
that include a strength exercise.

Once an activity is selected, watch
the How-To video for instructions on
technique. You may also read the game
description, if available, for further
details.

When ready to play, select the blue
Start Game tab.

Strike the first target to start the
activity.

The settings for each activity are pre-
set and are not changeable.

However, you can select the orange
button labeled “copy and edit” which
allows you to adjust the settings, then
create a new activity from the results.
