Because of Bacteria population can increase very fast, cleaning is very important for human health.
For the high performance of the machine, condenser must be cleaned from dust and dirt regularly.

Warnings&Precations
You need as the same good quality materials to prepare the mixture of the ice cream as the good machine like
smach brand. Nevertheless you don’t get perfect soft ice cream from the machine. This results in low percentage
of air in the mixture which leads low quality ice cream and losing money!
Keep your machine clean as much as you can! When the machine needs getting repaired, work with an
authorized service.

Never run the machine if the power system is not connected the ground.

The fuse characteristics must be 220-240V, 50 Hz 16 Amp.

Never open the panels to reach the inside of the machine without cutting the electricity from the fuse.
13.
Do not clean the machine with high pressurized water.
14.
Maintenance must be done by the authorized personals. Otherwise, the machine will be out of warranty.
15.
Having ambient temperature higher than 30°C decreases your machine performance so that the machine
needs much time for doing ice cream.
16.
Especially to replace the o-rings used on the piston (see Picture 22), lubricate with oil suitable for food
contact.

What must be done before before maintenance?

Change selector position to stop mode.(see. Picture 7).

Turning off the fuse, wait 10 seconds and unplug the power cable.

Wait a while for cooling of the electric motor.
