To take ice cream, operator put his hand into the photo sensor( handle must be in the closed
position)(Picture 15)
After 6 cones ice cream taken, the machine starts cooling the cylinder for a while and go into standby
mode.
Not: Standby mode is just for saving the electricity.
The end of the day, the selector position should be taken soft mode for the need of the machine be ready the
following day (see Picture 13).Use others modes for high temperature environments.

Cleaning
Attention
: Extra attention must be given for cleaning in terms of human healthy.
Even if the machine works for a long time of period, the mixture will be rotten after 3 three days. Therefore the
machines must go under cleaning operation once after 3 days consecutively.
Follow these steps for cleaning:

Disassemble of all pump and pipe groups.

Change the selector to the cleaning mode.(see Picture 12) and wait 3 minutes.
11.
Change the handle to open position for dispensing all materials out of the machine(Picture 15)
12.
Put cool water into the tank.
13.
Apply putting cool water into tank until clean water comes from head.
14.
Change the selector stop mode (see.Picture 7)Cut the electricity by fuse, wait approximately 10 second
and unplug the power cable.(Never operate the followings without skipping this.)

Disassemble retaining knobs.
16.
Disassemble Head, Piston and Beater and all O-rings (see Pictures 16-..-24)

Don’t use any chemicals during the cleaning.
18.
Clean all materials disassembled, tank and the cylinder (Picture 19-20) with water.

Dry all the parts.

Assemble all the parts and use proper oil ( proper for food contact) all o-rings and o-ring grove for easy
mounting and the safety of o-rings.(Mehr-Zweckfett III brand oil can be suggested)
21.
Do not forget mounting beater seal.(Picture 18)
22.
Be sure that beater seats its place properly (Picture 17).
23.
Assemble retaining knobs in cross order.
