Wait until the cooling cylinder gets full of the mixture (~ 3 min.) Turn the selector to “
clean
” mode. (See Picture
12). (In this mode, beater turns but there is no cooling in the cylinder). There are three modes to adjust the
hardness of ice cream. These are
soft mode
(See Picture 13) ,
medium mode
and
hard mode.
Pulling the handle below (see. Picture 14), it can be checked that if the cooling cylinder are full with the mixture. If
it is full there will be continuously flow of the melt. Turn the selector soft, medium or hard modes. After 6-10
minutes you can start taking soft ice cream. It can give 6 cones continuously. After that, max.3 minutes must be
waited to get soft ice cream. When it is ready, cooling system stops cooling cylinder (standby mode). If there is no
any action taken it starts working 5 minutes later automatically. This circuit goes on. If ice cream needs to be
taken during the standby mode the operator put his hand on the photo sensor to run the beater (see Picture
14).So the machine is ready for getting ice cream.
