7.2. Running the Machine
Warning: This machine is designed for producing soft ice cream. Therefore it must not be used for other
purposes.
First of all, check the selector position (Picture 7). It is adjusted to stop position before delivery. Change the
position if it is different. At this mod, the machine just cools the mixture in the tank. When the machine does not
run for a long period this mod keeps the mixture fresh.
After the power cable connected to electricity which has
proper grounding, raise the cover and adjust to the splash
guard to see the biggest as seen in picture 9(by this the
mixture goes in the cooling cylinder very fast). For this
hold the bottom part od the splash guard (see Picture 9)
and turn the upper part to arrow direction. With the help
of the splash guard mixture starts filling up to the cooling
cylinder to be mixed with air. There are 3 holes on the
splash guard(see Picture 9-10-11). Select the best one
according to the colour and taste od ice cream. During the
preparation of the mixture, the necessary ingredients must be put into a cup and mix by a blender until all
ingredient are melt.(Picture 8) Then put it into the tank.
