Safety must be the first thing you should notice. Please follow the instructions. This Manuel will help you what
should be done or undone for your safety.

Check the electricity installation where the machine will be placed. Don’t run the machine without proper grounding.

The fuse values must be 220-240 V, 50 Hz, 16 Amp.

Never take any action for maintenance without cutting the electricity.

Don’t use high pressurized water for cleaning.

Maintenance must be done by the persons who are authorized by Smach Gıda Makine San.Tic.A.S. Otherwise the
machine will be out of warranty.

Do not run the machine without the necessary mixture for ice cream(see the section 3.2)
