3-4. Chemical Supply Connections
Connect the unit according to the technical data (See
SECTION I Technical Specifications/ Connections)
WARNING
Be careful when working with cleaning
and disinfection chemicals. Eyes, hands,
and clothes must be protected. Wear
safety glasses and gloves. Avoid contact
of eyes and skin with chemicals!
CAUTION
Ensure only non-foaming detergents are
used with the
SKYTRON I5 Washer-
Disinfector
.
NOTE
The SKYTRON I5 Washer-Disinfector
is supplied with two Chemical Siphon/
Level Sensors, one for each of the two
Chemical Pumps and Flow Meters. They
are designed to exit through a drilled
hole in the base plate and connect to
a Chemical Tank next to the Washer. If
alternative chemical connections are
required, it is recommended to use
SKYTRON Chemical Extension Hose
(P.N. F3-040-99).
NOTE
Two additional Chemical Pumps may
be added for a maximum of four Pumps
per Washer.
Step 1
Remove the cover from the Syphon Level
Control Box.

JUMPER WIRES
Step 2
Unloosen the distribution strip screws for
Chemical Pump Syphon 1 & Chemical Pump
Syphon 2 jumper wires and remove them from
the distribution strip.
Step 3
Route Chemical Pump Syphon 1's connection
wire through the Washer and into the Syphon
Level Control box.
