Observe the results of the Washer Performance
Test Packet.
Step 16
Place the Washer Control Panel ON/OFF
switch to the OFF position.
Step 17
Place the bottom front and back Stainless-Steel
Panels into position on the Washer.
NOTE – Installation Trim
The SKYTRON I5 Washer-Disinfector has been
designed to fit into any previous Washer-Disinfector
machine location. It may be necessary to provide
air tight trim pieces around the machine to isolate
the soil side room from the clean side room. It is
the customer’s responsibility to provide this service.
Step 18
Install the trim package around the Washer on
the clean room side.
NOTE
The Installation Manual is part of the
Washer and must accompany the
Washer if it is relocated.
Unit leveled at permanent installation and
bolted to the stand.
Check date and item on display. Correct if
required.
Water hoses connected with strainers and
hose washers.
Chemical pumps primed.
Drain hose connected to the drain and drain
capped.
Chemical pumps calibrated.
Electric service hard wired with breaker switch
close to unit.
Unit inspected for fluid leaks.
Exhaust hose from unit connect to the
ventilation system.
All protective film removed. Unit cleaned with
stainless steel cleaner.
Chemical bottles installed.
P1 test cycles run and printout attached to this
installation sheet (optional).
Unused chemical siphon tubes have the floats
locked in the up position.
Unit powers on and passes self test.
