Place a Hose Clamp over the end of Chemical
Pump 1's Hose.
Step 6
Place Chemical Pump 1 Hose onto Chemical
Pump 1's Inlet Nipple labeled "Suction". Press
completely on and secure with the hose clamp.

Step 4
Secure the White wire to Terminal No. 1 and the
Brown wire to the first open "+" Terminal.
Step 7
Repeat Step 1 through Step 6 for Chemical
Pump 2 installation. Ensure that Chemical
Pump Syphon 2 White wire is attached to
Terminal No. 2 and the Brown wire to the next
unused "+" Terminal.
NOTE
Follow procedures in Section 4-5,
Chemical Pump Calibration, to
calibrate the Chemical Pump/Flow
Meters.
3-5. Exhaust Air Connection
The exhaust air exiting from the SKYTRON I5
Washer-Disinfector exhaust pipe has high heat &
moisture content capability. For direct connection
to the facility HVAC, it is recommended that you
use welded stainless steel piping. For non-vented
applications, it is recommended placing the entire
machine under a stainless steel vented exhaust
hood. The optional Exhaust Air Condenser (Part No.
I5-CON) reduces the exhaust air to acceptable room
temperatures and removes the moisture content,
eliminating the need for external vent connection
or exhaust hood.
3-6. Steam, Condensate, and Compressed Air
Supply Connections
Connect the Washer according to the technical
data (See SECTION I “Technical Specifications/
Connections).
