Step 4
When the cycle is finished, the Control Panel
Display will show (I5-PT models only):
NOTE
Two door pass-through model
configuration Washers do not allow
the SOIL SIDE doors to open until the
CLEAN SIDE doors have been opened
and closed.
Step 5
On the CLEAN SIDE of the Washer, press the
DOOR OPEN/CLOSE button. When the door
is completely down press the DOOR OPEN/
CLOSE button to close the door. When the door
is completely closed, the Control Panel Display
will show:

Press the STOP key two times. The SOIL SIDE
DOOR will open
Step 7
Remove the Chemical Siphon/Level Sensor
from the graduated vessel.
View where the chemical line is on the graduated
scale. Subtract this level from the original level to
verify that 4.5 ounces of chemical was pumped by
Chemical Pump 1.
Step 8
Place the Chemical Siphon/Level Sensors 1
into the appropriate Chemical Tanks.
Step 9
Press the C1 key to access Wash Cycle 1 -
Instrument Cycle.
Step 10
Locate the Washer Performance Test Packet
(F2-010-6) included in the I-Series Performance
Kit. Remove its contents and follow the water
quality test procedures provided.
Step 11
Press the START key. The door will close and
the cycle will begin.
Step 12
When the cycle is finished, the Control Panel
Display will show (I5-PT model only):

On the CLEAN SIDE of the Washer, press the
DOOR OPEN/CLOSE button. When the door
is completely down press the DOOR OPEN/
CLOSE button to close the door. When the door
is completely closed, the Control Panel Display
will show:
