Attention
Using the function Reset on the top right you can reset all volume and vibration
settings to default. Please mind that, doing so the choice of ringtone is also swapped
back to the default setting Ringtone 1.
9.5.5
Log files
In the menu log files all activities both coming from the
IP gateway and started from your smartphone are re-
corded.
By using the switch “Send log file” you determine, whether you want
to send your log files to SKS after a crash or when writing a feedback.
When the switch area is blue and the button on the right, the function
is active. By tapping on the switch you can deactivate enclosing the
log files. The switch area changes to white, the button moves to the
left.
We do highly recommend not to deactivate this function as, in
case of a crash, the log files provide valuable information on
the cause of the defect for our support staff and thus may speed
up eliminating the problem to a large extrent.
All feedback data is deleted as soon as the respective support case
has been closed. Apart from that the data will also be deleted, if the
customer asks us to do so.

“Feedback” is opened for
the first time the menu
“My info” pops up first.
Please enter here your
name and a valid email
address and tap on
“Save” at the top right,
so that we will be able to
answer to your feedback.
After that the feedback
menu will open immedi-
ately. Here you can write
a message to SKS and, if
you like, add images to it.
