12 Licences
To be able to use the IP gateway in full a registration and administration via the
my-SKS.de portal
is necessary. The
Terms of use and Privacy Policies for using the IP gateway, the related app (Door call 2) and the portal my-SKS.de can
be downloaded from my-sks.de.
12.1
IP-Gateway II Family (item 300111)

The IP-Gateway Family II contains two lifetime licences, i. e. up to two mobile devices can be connected to the
IP gateway without any additional cost.

In case more than two mobile devices are to be connected, each further device needs its own licence, which can
be purchased on the
my-SKS.de
portal.
12.2
IP-Gateway II Business (item 300112)
For the IP-Gateway II Business all user licences need to be purchased on my-SKS.de. Per mobile device used one
licence is needed.

Warranty
The current legal regulations apply for warranty. (See also general terms and conditions which are either enclosed or

Our customers and electricians are offered a simplified handling of warranty claims. For more information on this
please refer to the terms and conditions on our internet page or contact our SKS support hotline.

Our support team is happy to put their services at your disposal and provides practical assistance and advice. The
SKS support team may be reached by email or phone. When contacting us please provide a description of the fault
as accurate as possible, the project name, your name and your customer ID.
