Technical Manual

If the weigher is not empty but it contains less than 10 kg, the
weigher cannot empty its contents. The house controller acti-
vates the solenoid coil at regular intervals (3-4 seconds).

When the quantity of feed in the weigher is insufficient, the
weigher must either be emptied manually by activating its emp-
tying mechanism or by adding more feed to the weighing con-
tainer through feed requirements.

5.2.1.5 Testing shared feed weigher (shared with shutter) - drum weigher and
DOL 9940

Sharing is tested by carrying out one feeding on all controllers using the same feed weigher. Carry out the feed-
ing on one production controller at the time.
