Storage
Proper snowmobile storage is a ne-

when a vehicle is not being used for
more than one month.
To prepare your snowmobile in order
to cover each and every aspect of the
snowmobile storage procedure, refer
to an authorized SKI-DOO dealer.
To facilitate the inspection and ensure
adequate lubrication of components,
it is recommended to clean the entire
vehicle.
When storage procedure is complet-
ed, block air intake and muffler with
clean rags.
Protect the vehicle with an approved
cover to prevent dust accumulation
during storage.
CAUTION:
The snowmobile has to
be stored in a cool and dry place
and covered with an opaque but
ventilated tarpaulin. This will pre-
vent sun rays and grime from af-
fecting plastic components and ve-
hicle finish.
Lift rear of vehicle until track is clear of
the ground. Install on a snowmobile
mechanical stand.
CAUTION:
Do not run engine dur-
ing storage period.
