Summit Only

H.A.C. (High Altitude Compensator) is a mainte-
nance free device.

No adjustment and verification can be done to
H.A.C.

If H.A.C. is suspected to be faulty, replace it and
check for improvement.

Hoses connected to H.A.C. must not be altered in
length or size. Check for kinked or loose hoses.
Tighten or replace as necessary. See below illus-
tration for routing.

Nut holding T-fitting must be torqued to 6 N•m (53
