9. Wiederinbetriebnahme zur
neuen Saison
1. Das zur Konservierung an den Ketten und
im Inneren der Maschine aufgetragene Öl
und Fett abwischen.
2.
Maschine vollständig abschmieren.
Dadurch wird Kondenswasser, das sich
evtl. in den Lagern gesammelt hat,
beseitigt.
3. Ölstand des Getriebes prüfen, falls
erforderlich nach Vorschrift nachfüllen.
4. Prüfen Sie alle Muttern und Schrauben und
schrauben Sie sie mit dem in der Tabelle
angegebenen Moment fest.
5. Prüfen Sie die Hydraulikrohre und
Dichtungsfähigkeit der Verbindungen.
6. Alle Einstellungen der Maschine prüfen,
falls erforderlich neu einstellen.
7. Betriebanleitung und Sicherheitshinweise
noch einmal sorgfältig durchlesen.
9. Restart for a new season
1. Wipe the oil and grease used for the
conservation of tmachine.
2. Lubricate the machine thoroughly to
eliminate the possible condensation
moisture from bearings.
3.
Check the tyre preassure.
4.
Check all nuts and bolts and tighten them
with the torque, listed in the table.
5.
Check the hydraulic pipes and tightness of
the couplings.
6.
Check and tighten all nuts and screws.
7. Read carefully the work and safety
instructions again.
