3. Starting with the external layers of the cake block, crush it with your hands or using large metal brushes.

Be careful with the printouts inside the cake block.

If the cake block inside is still hot/warm, leave it to cool.
4. Gently separate the printouts from the rest of the unsintered powder. Set the printouts aside.
5. Crush the remaining powder with your hands into as small pieces as possible to check that all the parts have been
removed from the cake.
Gently remove printouts from the cake block.
6. Clean the printouts with the set of brushes and metal probes.
7. To clean your printouts even more precisely and quickly, we recommend using the sandblaster (we recommend the
Sinterit Sandblaster or Sinterit Sandblaster XL).
Manually clean the printouts of excess powder.

8. The remaining powder in the Foldable Tray should be sifted
through a sieve (we recommend Sinterit Powder Sieve or
Metal Sieve) and mixed with that left in the printer and
Fresh Powder if required. For the full powder refreshing
