Brownie Belgian waffles
Plates:
Waffle plates (upper and lower plate) 13
Ingredients:

Eggs, separated
150 g
Sugar
100 g
Unsalted butter, melted
160 ml
Milk
160 g
All-purpose flour
40 g
Unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp
Baking powder
100 g
Mini chocolate chips
Optional toppings:
Vanilla ice cream,
chocolate sauce, powdered sugar
Preparation:
Preheat the product .
In a bowl, beat the egg white and the sugar until
stiff . Set aside .
In another bowl, beat the egg yolks . Add milk
and melted butter and mix together .
In another bowl, sift dry ingredients together . Add
the egg yolk mixture . Mix until smooth .
Fold in the beaten egg white .
Fold in the mini chocolate chips .
Spray the upper and lower plate with cooking
butter spray .
Evenly spoon the batter onto the lower plate .
Bake for about 5 minutes (until fully formed, but
soft to the touch) .
Serve with powdered sugar, vanilla ice cream or
chocolate sauce .

Warm water (30 °C)

Flour
Preparation:
Preheat the product .
In a bowl, beat the eggs and the sugar into a
fluffy light yellow mixture .
Add melted butter to the mixture and mix well .
Sift the flour and add the warm water to the
mixture . Beat and mix well in low speed until
smooth .
Spray the upper and lower plate with cooking
butter spray .
Evenly spoon the batter onto the lower plate .
Bake for about 7 minutes until golden brown and
fully formed, but soft to the touch .
