Troubleshooting
PROBLEMS
POSSIBLE CAUSES
SOLUTIONS
The machine does not run
No power in the supply line.
The electric plug and socket are not properly connected.
The cable form the plug to the electric panel is broken.
A wire has become disconnected inside the panel.
A wire has become disconnected on the terminal board.
The switch is faulty.
Intervention of a thermal protection.
Tripped fuse.
Check supply line and voltage.
Make a proper connection.
Replace the cable.
Remake the connection.
Remake the connection.
Replace the switch.
Wait some minutes and try again
Change fuse in electric panel.
The bucket does not raise
Not sufficient pressure of the hydraulic distributor
Insufficient hydraulic oil level
Increase pressure
Fill up with oil.
During mixing the mixer drum
rpm decreases.
The driving belts are slack.
Tension the belts.
The scarper shovel does not
move.
Start push-button of scraper faulty.
A wire has become disconnected inside the panel.
A wire has become disconnected inside the plug and/or
cable take-up socket.
Tripped fuse.
Transformer inside the electric panel burnt-out.
Replace the push-button.
Remake the connection.
Remake the connection.
Replace the fuse.
Replace the transformer.

8.4
Replacing the driving belt
In case the driving belts are damaged, broken or no longer able to properly transmit power, replace them according to the
instructions of chapter 6.2.
8.5 Ordering spare parts
When ordering spare parts, order the component from the supplier and/or manufacturer of the machine. Always mention the
model of the machine, part number, type of machine, description of the desired component, quantity and the main features.

DISMANTLING
Should the machine not be used for a long time (e.g. holidays), carry out the following operations:
1. Disconnect the machine from the power mains.
2. Carefully clean the whole machine, remove dust, deposits and dirt.
3. Wash the inner part of the drum with some shovelfuls of pebble gravel and water and let it rotate.
4. Remove the concrete deposits, but do not hurt the drum with hard objects like hammers, shovels, etc.
5. Oil all the moving parts exposed to seizure and the mechanical components exposed to oxidation.
6. Store the machine in a dry and ventilated place, or use a nylon covering.
9.1
Disassembling / dismantling
Before carrying out any dismantling or disassembling operation, disconnect the electric system.
Disconnect all the electric and mechanical components;
Disassemble the driving parts, the reduction gear, the electric motor
Disassemble the oil-hydraulic parts of the distributor, pipes, cylinder, pump
Disconnect and disassemble all the other mechanical components.
9.2
Disposal
The following are the materials the machine is made of:
Painted steel, aluminium and other metallic components.
Plastic materials.
Oil-hydraulic materials
Cables, motors and electric components.
These materials must be disposed of through specialised companies in accordance with current laws in the
country of use.
