Select Circuit-Switched Bearer
Select the circuit-switched bearer to use for data calls (mobile-originated or mobile-
terminated).
Notes:
Only the following combinations are supported—If other combinations of valid
parameter values are specified, ERROR will be returned:
• <speed>=valid values up to 83; <name>=0; <ce>=1
• <speed>=83; <name>=4; <ce>=1
• <speed>=116 or 134; <name>=1; <ce>=0

Configure the circuit-switched bearer.
