Commissioning

6

Adjust the transmitter operating data to the requirements of the actual measurement duty.

Make sure that the operating data match the type plate data.

Proceed as follows

1.

Install the transmitter on a DIN rail to DIN EN 50022.

2.

Connect the sensor and the auxiliary power supply as described in the SITRANS

TR200/TR300 terminal diagrams (Page 23).

3.

Turn on the auxiliary power supply.

4.

Wait until the operating mode display LED lights up.

The transmitter operates after the operating mode display LED lights up.

Note
To obtain stable measured values, the transmitter needs to be allowed to warm up for five

minutes or so after the power supply is switched on.
