4. When you install into predefined SQL databases, create the necessary databases with the
corresponding users.

● Set the appropriate password for each user.
Also set the password for each database.
Enter a "strong" password.

5. Check whether the latest version is installed.

If you reinstall .NET Core, stop communication with the web server following installation,
see point 3. Then restart the operating system.

6. Open the "SI5\Server" installation directory.
7. After initiating an update, if HTTPS is enabled, but the host name is not filled in IIS, the
following warning appears right after running the setup.
This warning can be disregarded and the update process can be continued if HTTPS needs
to be configured with the IP address of the server.

8. Start the "Setup.exe" setup file with a double-click.
9. "SINUMERIK Integrate" opens.
Select the installation language.
This language selection is binding only for the installation.
