3.12 Vibration severity
The 1PH1 motors are provided with the following vibration qualities in accordance with
Siemens/EN 60034-14 (IEC 60034-14):
• 1PH11☐☐ - 1☐F:
B (up to 1800 r/min)
S (1800 r/min to 10000 r/min)
• 1PH11☐☐ - 1☐D:
B (up to 1800 r/min)
R (1800 r/min to 6000 r/min)
The vibration values indicated refer only to the motor. The system vibration response
depends on the conditions at the installation location and can result in higher vibration
values of the motor.
Different applications require different bearings. As a result, a high load capacity for radial
forces is not compatible with a high speed and high vibration quality.
3.13 Noise emission
The sound pressure level (1 m) of the 1PH1 motors is no higher than 72 dB (A) when the
following conditions are satisfied:
• At no-load operation
• At a speed up to the maximum speed
