Procedure

Place the bus board on a suitable surface so that it lies flat and plane.

Remove the marked screw.

Lift the M.2 NVMe SSD slightly as shown and pull it out of the direct connector socket.

Lay the thermal pad on the bus board in such a manner that it is covered completely by

the M.2 NVMe SSD after the SSD's installation.
