Using the room monitor function

Double-click

You can enter an external telephone number with up to 32 digits in the

How to activate the handset's room monitor function:

Enter

internal number 99

as the handset destination number for the

room monitor call.

Switch the handset room monitor function on.

When the room monitor alarm is triggered, the handset opens a con-

nection to the

external destination number

In Gigaset Series 4000 handsets, you can enter the external destination

number directly as the alarm number for the room monitor.
You will find a detailed description of the room monitor function in the

handset operating instructions.
