Copying directory entries

This opens the directory manager.
ì
Open the two directories you want to exchange directory entries between:
Exchanging entries between the central directory and handset
– In the
Handsets
section, open the directory of the handset in question.
– In the
All
section, click the
PC
tab to open the central directory.

Exchanging entries between two handsets
– In the
Handsets
section, open the directory of the first handset.
– In the
All
section, click the
Handsets
tab to open the directory of the second
handset.

Select the directory entry you want to copy.
ì
Select the directory you want to copy the selected entry to.
!
talk&surf displays the directories of your handsets. These you can edit and
copy.
These directories are only mappings of the directories stored in your
handsets. Changes you make to these mappings with talk&surf are not
automatically applied to the handset in question.
The directory stored in the handset is only updated when you send
the corresponding mapping in the
Handsets
section to the handset.

Use the

buttons to copy the directory entries from the left-hand
(
All
) to the right-hand section (
Handsets
) or vice versa.
The
>
and
<
buttons are only available if what you have selected allows a
copy can be sent in the direction in question.
