Upon commissioning of the fire detection system, the optimum parameter set must
be selected based on the existing risk and the ambient conditions.
If the fire detectors are operated on the FDnet (addressed), the fire detectors are
automatically set to the basic setting for the country in question when the control
panel is started up for the first time. Individual adaptation takes place using the
commissioning software on the corresponding control panel.
If the fire detectors are operated in collective, MS8, SIGMALOOP, or AnalogPLUS
mode, the detectors operate with the default setting the first time they are
commissioned. In this operation mode, individual adaptation of the detector
behavior is performed using the detector exchanger and tester FDUD292.

NOTICE
The system is not controlled as laid down in EN 54-2
Infringement of the EN 54-2 standard
●
According to EN 54-2, signals for temperature detection must not be used to
control fire detection equipment.
The 'Technical Ambient Supervision Message' cannot be configured on all fire
control panels. Observe the information in the 'List of compatibility'.
