Neural fire detector FDOOT241-x / -AX (sensor mode 2,
'Smoke detector')
Select 'Sensor mode 2' 'Smoke detector' when fast temperature changes may
occur which are not caused by fire (e.g., radiant heaters, hot engines). In this
sensor mode, the detector reacts as a wide-spectrum smoke detector and only
responds optically. The two optical sensors mean that it displays balanced
response behavior in different types of fire.
Parameter sets:
Robust (2)
Sensitivity to aerosols is similar to 'Balanced' in sensor mode 0 without temperature
influence.
Universal (1)
Sensitivity to aerosols is the same as the sensitivity of 'Robust (2)'. The response
time is between 'Robust (2)' and 'Sensitive (3)'.
Sensitive (3)
Sensitivity to aerosols is the same as the sensitivity of 'Fast Response (6)' in
sensor mode 0 without temperature influence.
Universal Fast (4)
Sensitivity to aerosols is the same as the sensitivity of 'Universal Fast (12)' in
sensor mode 0 without temperature influence.
Super Sensitive (5)
Sensitivity to aerosols is the same as the sensitivity of 'Super Sensitive (5)' in
sensor mode 0 without temperature influence.
This parameter set is available for all FDOOT241-Ax fire detectors from product
version 'ES ≥50'.
Ultra Sensitive (6)
Sensitivity to aerosols is extremely high.
This parameter set is available for all FDOOT241-Ax fire detectors from product
version 'ES ≥50'.
