Fastening to the floor
1.
Hoist the SBM 55 NW with a crane. Erect in the in-
tended area, taking care to comply with the specified
minimum distances.

To ensure reliable, ergonomic use of the SBM 55 NW,
we advise setting it up at a distance of 500 mm from
the nearest wall.

Warning – Risk of tipping
Considerable forces are involved in the wheel
balancing process.

The device must be secured to the floor
before using it, following the steps indica-
ted by the manufacturer.
¶
A bumpy bottom or subject to vibrations
can lead to inaccuracies in measuring the
imbalance.

Place the SBM 55 NW on the floor in its final provi-
ded position and take the references of the holes on
the base of the machine.
3.
Fit the drill with a 14 mm bit and drill 65 mm deep
holes.

Accurately clean the hole before inserting the plug..
4.
Insert the provided plugs, interpose the washers and
tighten with a torque wrench and fastening torque
25 Nm

The SBM 55 NW must be attached to the
floor in 3 points through screw-plug.

Use bolt holes.

Assembling the accessories support
¶
Assemble the accessories supports on the machine
using the screws present on the casing, as shown in
the figure.
