Calibration of SBM 55 NW
!
Calibration must be performed after initial commis-
sioning.
1.
Flange calibration.
2.
SBM 55 NW calibration.
3.
Perform reference measurement.

Checking the direction of rotation
1.
Check that the SBM 55 NW is correctly connected to
the mains power supply.
2.
Switch on the SBM 55 NW with the On/Off switch.

After the SBM 55 NW is switched on, the software
version appears in the control/display panel for
several seconds. After this, both displays show the
value
0
.
3.
Close the wheel protection cap.
The shaft rotates.
i
If the shaft does not turn, press the <
START
> key
4.
Check the direction of rotation of the shaft.
i
The correct direction of rotation is indicated by an ad-
hesive on the right side of the SBM 55 NW (chap.1.2.1).
i
If the direction of rotation is incorrect, the
SBM 55 NW comes to an immediate stop and dis-
plays the error message
