(1) Average dust concentration value exceeds the criteria value
(2) Instantaneous dust concentration value exceeds the criteria
value
(3) A problem (error) has occurred

Supplemental Information About Alarm Functions
•
Once an alarm occurs, the same alarm will not occur again until the corresponding value
returns to normal and the alarm conditions occur again.
•
Measurements continue even if an alarm occurs.
•
Except for certain errors, alarms are not displayed on the operation screen.

To view the alarm log, select [ALARM LOG] on the menu screen.
