4-4 Installing the PM2.5 Cyclone Selector (Optional)
Attaching an optional PM2.5 cyclone particle size selector allows PM2.5 particles to be measured.
Installing a PM2.5 Cyclone Selector
(1) Loosen the two screws below the air sampling
port and remove the port.
Note: Use a Phillips screwdriver (No. 2).
Note: Be careful to prevent damaging the
O-ring while removing the air sampling
port.
(2) Insert the removed air sampling port into the
top of the PM2.5 cyclone selector and fasten it
by tightening the screws.
Note: Use a Phillips screwdriver (No. 2).
(3) Attach the PM2.5 cyclone selector to the end
of the air sampling tube and fasten it by
tightening the two screws.
Note: Use a Phillips screwdriver (No. 2).
Note: The orientation of the dust trap does not
matter.
