ensure the process of inspecting and repairing the problem can be performed smoothly. If a
problem occurs, please copy and fill out the Problem Report Form and contact your Sibata
representative or the distributor where the product was purchased. Please complete the form in
as much detail as possible.
Also attach a completed Problem Report Form to items submitted for repairs.
