4-2  Connecting the AC Power Supply 

 

Connect the provided power cord to the [POWER] 

connector on the back of the instrument. 

 

Note: After aligning the slot and inserting the cable, 

fasten the connector by turning the outer ring. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Precautions for Connecting the Power Supply 

 

•

  The power cord provided is designed for 100 V AC. Do not use it with power supply 

voltages other than 100 V AC. 

•

  Always ground the unit. 

•

  If installing the product outdoors, be sure that the outlet and extension cord used are 

waterproof. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The provided power cord includes a Panasonic WF7515K waterproof plug. Using a 

matching Panasonic WA3519K waterproof outlet with the same rating as the plug will 

ensure that the plug and outlet connection is completely waterproof.
