2) From the left side of the wheel, use your hands to push
or pull (depends on what side of the machine wheel is
located on) the black rubber towards the BRASS NUT.
This will loosen the tension on the wheel, holding the
sandpaper in place. The sanding belt should now be
easily slipped off the wheel. TIP: Rubbing baby
powder on the black rubber surface will help prevent
the sandpaper from sticking – facilitating removal of
the sandpaper in the future.

3) Replace sanding belt.

4) Align the edge of the sandpaper with the
wheel edge as you are tightening.

5) With the special wrench provided, tighten up the
BRASS NUT until the sanding belt is securely in place.
Do NOT over tighten,as this is not neessary.
