DIAGNOSIS POSSIBLE MALFUNCTIONS CAUSE :
Unbalance, Permanent bow, Lost rotor parts,
Misalignment, Critical speed, Rotor crack,
Nonsymmetrical rotor, Gear inaccuracy, Seal rub,
Oil whirl, Oil whip, Steam whirl/ Seal whirl,
Cavitations, Wing vibration, Draft core, Surging and
Partial rub
OPERATION :
Select “diagnosis” from the menu on the
“Wave-Spectrum” of the VM-773 Analysis View
software screen to execute diagnostics to
displayed waveform/spectrum graph screen.
DISPLAY OF THE DIAGNOSIS RESULT :
A malfunction cause is displayed in order from the high thing
of the factor as a result of diagnosis.
*1 The required data are automatically collected from the VM-773 Analysis View Software
collection data.
*2 Required to input with the configuration setting screen on the VM-773 Analysis View
Software beforehand by user.
POP UP FUNCTION *3
Pop Up Display : It automatically diagnoses when the vibration warning
is generated, and the diagnosis result is displayed in
pop up.
Printing the List of Warning Channels
: The list is printed channel name where the vibration
warning has been generated.
