ENTERING YOUR NAME AND FAX NUMBER
To have your name and fax/telephone number (called the "Sender’s name" and
"Sender’s number") printed at the top of every page you transmit, program them by
pressing the panel keys as shown below.

If you enter an incorrect number or letter, press the R key to move the cursor back
to the mistake, then enter the correct number or letter. (To move the cursor forward,
press the SPEAKER key.)

1 "ENTRY MODE" will appear in the display.

"OWN NUMBER SET" will appear in the display.

Enter your fax number (max. of 20 digits) by
pressing the numeric keys. (To insert a space
between digits, press the "#" key. To insert a "+",
press the " " key.)

Enter your name by pressing the appropriate
numeric keys as shown on the following page.
Press each key repeatedly until the desired letter
appears in the display.
(Max. of 24 characters.)

Note:
To confirm that you have correctly entered your name and number, print out the
Passcode List (see Chapter 7). This list also shows a sample of what will be printed at
the top of every page you transmit ("
HEADER PRINT
").
